Work orders

Digital work orders – from planning to the customer's signature

Plan the service job with customer, address, time and people. The technician ticks the checklist on site, takes photos, writes what was done and lets the customer sign on the phone – and the report becomes a PDF.

Checklists

Type the points or use a template. Required points must be ticked before the order can be completed.

Photos and materials

Pictures from the job, materials and time are kept on the order and shown only to those allowed to open it.

Customer signature

The customer types their name and signs with a finger. A signed order is locked and cannot be changed.

Report and invoice

A PDF report in the company's language with the checklist, the work, photos and signature, and the costs go on to the invoice.

Questions and answers

Can an order be completed without a signature?

Yes, with a reason (for example that the customer was not at home). An unsigned order can be reopened.

Does it work on the phone?

Yes. Work orders are planned on the web and carried out in the app.
